We are looking for an innovative and creative Information Services Support Specialist for our western region Quality Custom Distribution operations. You will provide support to users on applications, new purchases, and system integrity to maximize productivity and use of computer resources at each distribution center. You will troubleshoot, configure, install and provide training as needed for applications, hardware and devices, including hand-held scanners, cell phones and phone systems, printers, JDE WMS, etc. Experience with WMS, temperature control monitoring systems, and electronic proof of delivery systems is preferred. MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems from an accredited college or university. Certification as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
3 to 6 years of relevant work experience
